I wanted to give you a simple place to explore this a little more, if you're curious.
In the email I sent, I mentioned how things started to feel different for me.
Less food noise.
More space.
More clarity around hunger.
And if that made you pause for a second, I understand why.
For a long time, I thought this was just about discipline.
Trying harder.
Starting over.
Doing everything “right.”
And while some things helped,
the food noise never fully went away.
Even when I was doing everything I was supposed to do.
What I didn’t understand at the time...was that there’s a biological side to this too.
How your body regulates hunger.
How it signals fullness.
Why things can feel harder than they should be.
This isn’t something I rushed into.
I spent a long time trying to figure things out on my own.
And I’m still in the process of learning what works for my body.
What I’ve been exploring is GLP-1 support...through a medically guided program.
Not as a replacement for everything else I’ve worked on...
but as something that supports the biological side too.
